Excellent customer service. Staff for accomodating as I arrived early. They were able to find me a room. I was provided 2 vouchers for breakfasts for the next morning. The food was delicious. The room was clean and very spacious. Have stayed at this hotel before and will define back again.

The walking area from the front entrance to the parking garage area is dirty and sketchy. Outside of that the hotel interior is great. The Marriott hotel next to this one has a better entry from the parking garage to its hotel. Also the Holiday in rooms are a bit smaller than usual. The city view windows are blocked by parking garages unless you are in floors 8-10 I'd say. We stayed on 6 and the view was blocked.

The property was well maintained and the staff was excellent. My only complaint is the parking.There is no onsite parking or handicapped parking, which is difficult for people with disabilities.
