I travel a lot and usually stay in 4-5 star accommodations, but do to the USC Homecoming weekend, the prices were through the roof. I must say, that I picked a good alternative. This hotel’s staff is UNBELIEVABLE!! Extremely nice, and professional. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I will be staying here, every time I come to Columbia.

The housekeeping staff missed something all over the wall under the mirror in the bathroom; one of the nightstands had a big sticky ring on top and the room edges were not vacuumed. Other than that the stay was great. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was superior to most continentals!

Like lipstick on a pig . If you’re a lineman or a single guy the rates are great and the hotel is sufficient . If you are bringing your wife, she will complain . Rooms are “updated” but dingy and damaged in places . Breakfast was ok to put something in your stomach but had a guy half passed out in the breakfast area coming down from something .
