I LOVED everything about this property. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Ms. Joanne was especially nice and went above and beyond during the delicious breakfast. Ms. Priscilla and Ms. Carmen were sooooo nice and told myself and my husband about the Hilton Honors Program. We signed up for it right then and to top it off, they gave us fresh chocolate chip cookies, which were delicious. Mr. Martin was super friendly and kept the lobby nice and clean. T.T. was so sweet. She showed us the play area for our boys and engaged with them so well. Me and my family will definitely be returning to Home2Suites for all of our away-from-home stays!!

Great Place for Large Familiess
Very comfortable stay and lovely experience at this hotel. We are a family of 6 and had more than enough room in our suite to live comfortably for the night. The rooms were beyond spacious! And the hotel staff were warm and welcoming.

Nice property. Great staff. Minor cleaning issues but nothing crazy especially with it being a South Carolina football weekend. Love the welcoming feel, and wonderful front desk gang.

Breakfast was generally good, but if they are busy they get behind. Desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. There were some problems in the parking lot after the flooding rains, but that was understandable.

Home 2 Suites is the place to stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel lobby was amazing and the entire hotel is very clean. The rooms are amazing and have everything you need. I have never had an experience like this with any other hotel. I want thank everyone there for the welcoming hospitality.

U could smell cat pee and dog poop all around the property and the breakfast hot chouces were slim but a good stay and were very good to the army fams. I did find a tampon in bathroom behind trash can and toilet in bathroom. That was unsettling. Along with tons of tiny shaved black hairs all over wash cloths. I didnt complain i just cleaned it up and enjoyed my stay..but that was the only real disappointment. Staff was fantastic!!!!!

Clean on the inside. Looks rough from the outside. Only saw two cockroaches and they were outside. Pool was down for two days, laundry machines out of order, no roll away cot. Stingy about extra pillow and blanket. Good breakfast. Not their fault but all the rescue vehicles driving by was the bulk of the noise issue.
