Needs some TLC
A couple of the lights did not work. The shower head only went to my neck. So I had to bend down to wash my hair. The sink faucet was very loose and about to fall off. The handrail in the elevator fell off and I almost fell. The outside area was awesome although the pool was empty due to it being October. The entire staff was very nice and friendly and they all said congratulations to my daughter who just graduated at boot camp. With a few things being fixed this would be a great hotel

I stayed there 3 nights. The room cleaning never vacuumed the room. When we arrived, there was a ball or hair on the floor. They nevered. Leaned up the bathroom floor. I don’t think I they changed the sheets, either. They just made bed. And the room had a connecting door which was not described when I booked the room. I could hear the next doors TV very clearly and loudly. The staff were very nice.

Would have given 5 stars. The down falls was we had flies in our room and had to kill them. The music outside of the room didn’t turn off til after 9. Couldn’t go to bed early because of hearing it through the glass windows in the room that connected to the lobby area. (It echoed and we could hear people talking in the lobby all night off and on).

I didn’t like the fact that there was a $100 deposit when we got there all guest should get a call letting them know there is a deposit not wait till the guest arrives then tell them
