Property smells in the hallways. The room was awful smelling had to clean it with Clorox and get plug ins to help the smell.

Deceptively high rating
I don’t understand how this hotel has an 8/10 rating (at the time of this review). I was given one of the rooms on the second floor facing the lobby, and I could hear every word that was spoken at the ground floor service desk, and I had to turn the room fan on just to drown out the lobby music. The room itself was fine, but on the small side. The bathroom was in pretty bad shape, with shower tiles that were peeling and full of mildew, and a bathtub spigot that seemed ready to fall off. I’ve had far worse experiences, but I think I’ll look elsewhere when I’m in Columbia again.

Super clean hotel and room is in very good condition. Probably not the best part of town, but the building is very well kept and super clean. It was a good value for the money.

Front desk and breakfast staff were excellent. A bug on the wall of our room was uninvited and dealt with as such. Comfortable bed, chair and sofa were well received.

Room was clean but updates were poor. Water spout in tub was loose and paint was peeling off of the shower walls. Noise echo from lobby was awful…a family came in around midnight and the kids yelling and running around woke us from a sound sleep with the noise.

The staff was so amazing everyone was so sweet and welcoming … my only ick is the smell of the rooms it made me feel as if the room was dirty however. I’m a cleaning business owner so after doing my walkthrough and cleaning certain areas , it was no type of filth anywhere … The mattress was new bedding was fresh The smell was just awful.

Well kept hotel establishment for the price. Hotel buffet breakfast included in the stay. Friendly customer service representatives, hotel stay, Cleaned smell with fragrance mist. Cleaned hotel lobby. Will stay again when im in the area. /my actual dates were from 21/21 thru 12/24/2024. I would request more breakfast items on hot buffet . like bacon, potatoes item and milk was the only missing items. Maybe offer dinner buffet easy items, likem burger fries, pizza for the kids.

It's totally unacceptable for the hotel to tell their customers that they will not be responsible for any of their missing properties within their facility. Which means my car and my valuables within the hotel facility are not safe.

Property was ok, room was good. Pictures make it look better. The floor we were on had a really bad smell and the carpets looked nasty and were un-vacuumed the entire trip, the elevator was sketchy. Best part about the room was the water pressure in the shower, it was amazing. I'm glad I paid extra for the room with a couch, we needed the additional space. The area of town was kind of rough. I would have stayed in another part of town if I had known especially for the price. Even if that close to the army base, the drive would have been worth it to me
