Too many things to list. Storm knocked out power and we were in blackness . Unsafe. Zero assistance problem solving what to do, where to go in a country that is not our own. No food other than a couple of small rations of bars, chips, aka junk from the snack store. Tiny garbage can overflowing. No one checking on us unless we made our way to the desk, where after a short time we felt as though we were bothering the staff who had their own personal problems and shared their stress with us.. Really, really upset by the lack of action to help us. Absolutely miserable except for front desk clerk Auri on one night. She walked up and down several flights of stairs to try and get us clean sheets for our son and gave us her own personal candle as our only source of light in a pitch black humid room. Just awful.

It was just “OK”. Not in a great part of town. My room had light bulbs that were blown, there was a used tooth pick stick on the floor by the bed , the A/C wouldn’t go below 72 even though I set it to 68.

The staff was amazing. From before check in to check out, everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and courteous. The hotel was clean, the towels white and fluffy, the bed was comfortable. I think the design of the hotel is poor. The wall of windows that face the outside corridor makes it extremely loud as people walk by or talk. You can hear everything including doors being slammed/shut.

I really enjoyed this property. I have never heard of them and the property is nicer than i expected. I was very appreciative the property was a good distance to the base. I would suggest for the future if guests were made aware of a deposit hold which by the way still has not been released. Overall i really enjoyed the property and had a good stay. If i have to return this would be my choice again.
