There were bed bugs in the room. It was 1130pm so we had no choice but to switch rooms in the hotel. The next day we’re got a full refund through Travelocity who handled the situation quickly and courteously. The property manager was rude and unprofessional; The night manager did her best to help us out with a different room. Thank you Travelocity for standing by your word!

We were there for 4 nights, room service never cleared our room, we had to go run down someone to get towels and was charged 77.76 for parking and we never parked there. I called several times spoke with thomas, he said he would take care of it, I left messages for the manager and never to date received a return call

Great staff added a day before our stay and it was not an issue. Only problem was they weren’t sure about the Expedia reservation and it caused some confusion on back end. Other than that no issues and a great place to visit

We were going to give the hotel 2 stars, but I’m giving it a 3 due to the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff, minus the maintenance people. We stayed 3 nights and the first night we had tv issues, which the tv was programmed to another room so we couldn’t watch what we wanted, only what that room was watching. The bathroom lock was broken, and the sink drain was clogged. We had bought this up with the staff on the very first day, said they put in a work order, and we were basically gone all day the first 2 days of our stay and they STILL didn’t have any of it fixed. We checked out the hotel on the 3rd day and nothing was ever fixed at all. Oh, and the fridge was barely cold, didn’t matter what temp you set it at, still wasn’t cooling. All in all, we will probably pick another hotel if we are ever in the area again.

First time here and enjoyed our stay. Dog friendly, very pleased. Definitely would stay here again. 7-8 min drive to the State Fair. A lot of restaurants around the area.
