I saty for 3 nights and they never made the room service, when I ask them from the first day they told me ,ups sorry the cleaning lady maybe forget, they leave a note but never pass to do it in the next 2 days.I ask them every time for towels and paper toilet. Terrible place.

David and I both enjoy our stay and prince too.
we stop by to shop around for a new home. We are very impress with the atmosphere , the smell of clean and the comfy of bed gave us the rest we much desire and very peaceful place to rest. plenty of space for my little prince to run around and do his thing. staff been very pleasant and friendly.

Hotel was clean and staff members displayed excellent customer services. However, the morning breakfast was not to appetizing. The oatmeal was very dry and lumpy. Sausage was overcooked. And the bacon bits tasted terrible. Other than that, services were excellent.

We had a great experience at the Hyatt Place Columbia/ Harbison, staff was helpful, and kitchen staff went above and beyond, as my wife and i were getting ready to leave I need ice for our cooler and I ask the front desk where I could get ice I was told that it was on the 3rd and 5th floor. As I was walking off one of the kitchen staff said" come with me honey" ask me how much ice I needed and filled up two gallon bags for me. The only thing I wish they would fix is to have a microwave, we travel in sometimes and pick up dinner adn by the time we unload it is cold, so a microwave to heat would be wonderful.

Horrible place of business
After booking get to hotel and am told my reservation was canceled from the hotel overbooking had my pregnant wife and three year-old daughter and dog in the car. Had to find a new place to stay right away.
