Avoid this hotel! I paid $300 for a filthy, outdated room while my family upstairs had a renovated room for $200. No one told us the hotel was under renovation, yet the side entrance was left wide open for days and the elevator had broken handles with exposed wires. Staff was rude and unhelpful (“Nothing I can do, what else”), and no one was at the desk at night. Even after confirming late checkout, housekeeping tried to enter my room twice before 1 PM. Unsafe, overpriced, and unprofessional — I would never stay here again.

My rooms was very clean and the staff was very friendly they had some maintenance going on which caused some delay but the staff was very understandable and didn’t charge extra, i can definitely see the vision for when the maintenance and upgrades are finished. only thing I didn’t like was the area of the parking lot would 10/10 recommend

Nothing was unique. My son got bites on him and I complained to manager. She called me and said they did full investigation and no signs of bugs but she was going to give me half my money back for the room and now they are saying since they did inspection and nothing found I don’t get my money back but I have not seen the report of the inspection done. Also place smelled like marijuana just felt dirty overall

Perfect Stay for Ft.Jackson Events

Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean. The dove shampoo, conditioner & body wash were definitely a plus! It was great having a refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker in the room! Perfect distance from Ft.Jackson! I will never be coming back to S.Carolina, but if I did…this is a great place to stay!

We were there for an Army graduation, so both days we had to leave before 6:00 am, which means we always missed breakfast. Since so many people come to this event, maybe if there was a continental type breakfast for the ones that need to leave early?
