We were there for military graduation event, Limited handicap parking for overnight, rooms smelled musty, and humid , the AC did not work, floors were slippery and moist from condensation accumulation, lighting was poor, the light fixture did not work Room service only provided towels never changed sheets or made the bed?!?!, we checked out early and did not get a refund

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is my 3rd stay at this location I’m not from SC, but my Church is there so sometimes this requires me to need to stay over. The last time I stayed here was in May. As soon as I walked in, I remembered the check in clerk but wasn’t sure if he remembered me. As soon as I walked in and spoke, he greeted me with “Hello welcome back!” That blew me away I said “You remember me” he said “Of course” and that did it for me. This will be my location every time I need to stay over. All the staff is friendly though to say the least. And they keep it CLEAN which is another plus and I feel safe as I’m a single traveler most of the time.

It was clean and easy to access Ft Jackson. Staff was helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast would be nice to have a little more variety since we stayed multiple days. It would also be nice to have another trash can available under the sink.

This was a great location for accessing Ft Jackson and Congaree. There were multiple restaurants nearby. It was clean. Easy parking. There could be a little more variety with the continental breakfast since we stayed multiple days and another trash can under the sink would be nice.

This motel is very clean, with easy access and convenient parking. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and it was very quiet throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
