The room was clean, the bed was horrible! It is a metal frame and anytime we moved it creaked so loudly. The flashing fire alarm was annnoying as well.

We won’t stay again.

The hotel was sold out for a the Saturday night that we stayed. Yet, at 2:30 PM there was only one desk attendant to help guests with check in. The room design was awful. The bathroom light switch was on the wall behind the door. There was nowhere to hang clothes and only one, tiny drawer. The walls were so, paper thin that we could hear other conversations and phone alarms around us. When I got in the shower, there was a hair hanging on the wall. There was little water pressure and it never got hot. I wouldn’t recommend.

Many restaurants to chose from Bathroom floor flooded from shower No night light, if you kept the bathroom door open, the fan ran the whole time. Cracked tile, no leg prop or shelf in the shower, constantly bending over to pick up things. Carpet looks dirty

We arrived about two hours prior to check in. We asked if we could check in early to get ready for a wedding, and the guy at the front desk said that they don’t usually allow people to check in early. So my husband and I were trying to figure out what to do while standing at the desk. He said well we will charge you a fee of $30 to check in early. I was kind of taken aback because he sounded like he really couldn’t check us in, but then all of a sudden he could do it for a fee. He was checking us in, and then he said, “Oh we will put $100 hold on your card, and you’ll get it back in 24 hours.” Something just did not feel right with my husband and me. The hotel that I usually stay in was booked, but I usually don’t have to pay fee to check in early. I also have not had $100 hold on my card. I did look up La Quinta hotels regarding the $30 early check-in fee all of them don’t have the same policy. And some hotels do put $100 hold on your card. One other thing that we didn’t like about the room is that the sink area was outside of the bathroom at the door. That was odd. The bathroom was really small. My husband asked me to never book us at this hotel again.

My shower was dirty, and the drain was clogged water rising in stand alone shower. Used lotion and soap provided. Comforter on bees smelled musty and was not changed. Phone did not work to call front desk. I told the front desk and nothing was offered as a courtesy. My experience could’ve been better.
