Stark, the rooms were stark. The TV was a "smart" TV - way too smart for me, it was really a PIA. No handrails in bathroom, no towel racks, it just need a little more time and comfort features.

Hotel was fine and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room (205) however had a very pungent odor to it. Similar to bad b.o.. AC was not open, so as the room cooled down the odor became less noticeable or our noses seared to the point we could detect the order as much. My wife refused to walk around the room without her shoes on. Too, did get the room cleaned but they did not leave replacement towels. From the pictures, the rooms look awesome and parts are good, other parts still need attention to detail.

This hotel has obviously been recently renovated and it looks quite nice. Unfortunately, our room didn’t seem to be quite finished. There were no towel bars, no hooks, no iron or board, no hairdryer, one very small soap dish in the shower, two of the tiny soaps to last us 3 days, and very stark room with no decorations. The bed was quite hard and the sheets were that cheap microfiber that sticks to everything. ALL that said, the people were nice and the area seemed fine. Just really an incredibly no-frills experience.

cheap for many reasons
TV channel choices are extremely limited unless you want to sign in to your own subscription service. Although advertised, there's no "fitnesss center." I'll be staying at Hyatt Place for the rest of my work visits.

The young lady with a pixie cut. Love her she made checking in easy and she had an positive attitude. My spouse and I enjoyed our but there were two minor issues. One of the was that they're were strains of hair on the floor and the other was that we had a late check out and housekeeping came to our door several times telling us that we needed to check out. We told him that we had a late check out but he was persistent and came to our room again telling us to check out. So my spouse and I got dressed and checked out. Which I forgot to tell the lady at the desk because I was trying to catch up with my spouse outside. Which she said that she was disappointed about that. Being that it was our first time at Quality.

The Front Desk Clerk was awesome. She was pleasant, personable and informative. The room was nice, clean and spacious. But, there was no iron or ironing board. No towel holders in the bathroom and nothing to hold on to or support you while in the shower. Other than that, the stay was good!
