The room had 2 queen beds so we had 2 adults 2 children but were only provided 3 bathing towels, and 3 wash cloths. When I asked for me the lady was really nice but they didn’t have any extra. They washed some and we were able to get some a few hours later. One of my beds had strands of hair all over the sheet. And lastly whoever’s room that was on top of hours stomped until about midnight!!! Just back and forth, back and forth!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom room with 3 beds. Room was clean, breakfast was provided, and staff was very friendly! We came to town for the Palmetto Sportsman Classic.

A needed stop during a driving trip. Room could be cleaner: corners and under desk not swept. A heavy smoke smell even though it is listed as a non smoking room. Almost as if the smell is coming through the vent.

I arrived at the property at 3:30. The time to check in is 3:00pm. I was told my room would not be ready until 4:30. This is just plain ridiculous. I say that because check out is 11:00am. They have 4 hours to get your room ready. They expect you to be out by 11:00 am. No if ands or buts. But you want get a discount fir getting into to your room hours after check in.

Awful hotel and even worse customer service

I recently booked a stay here for March 3rd-March 7th. I was flying in from out of town on a redeye and would be checking in March 4th at 6am, so I booked the prior day so I would have a place to sleep after my flight instead of having to wait until 3pm to check in if I had booked the room for the 7th. Once I got to the hotel I was notified that they had no showed my reservation and cancelled it. Meaning that I had to pay for that night I didn’t stay in the room + a an additional charge and if I wanted a room I would “have to rebook the room with their higher rates and they wouldn’t honor the previous rates”. After checking the new rates they were higher than other comparable hotels in the area, when I initially booked it that was not the case. When I arrived at the hotel I was also shocked by the quality and condition compared to the pictures they show.

No only did it smell like weed the whole time , but every where. The first room we were put in was not cleaned. So they moved us to a new room and had to wait in hall way 30 min for them to clean that room. Towels and bedding was covered in stains of all sorts We will not stay here again. Only good thing was having separate bedroom from kids and living area
