Staff gave me and my guest an occupied room with 2 males in it. The second room we got was dirty and stunk like urine. Staff on duty was defensive and was upset that I was scared. She told me I was rude and refused a refund. As we left the hotel to stay somewhere safer, a random man followed us out. We felt so unsafe and disturbed by the unapologetic staff that didn’t care how we felt or how they presented their hotel rooms. Reviews must be lies or made up because it was dirty (crumbs on tables and look like used dirty sheets on bed) also unsafe with homeless looking people with multiple trash bags stuff walking around hallways and doors not locked/proped open. Horrible! Not safe, would never ever stay at a Quality inn. Great price if you want to feel unsafe!

Its a cheap hotel on your way through. Ill be honest I'm picky. Wasn't dirty, no non desire ables hanging around. Breakfast was small, but they did have waffles. Good value for your money. You won't be upsets you booked it.

Greeting was poor....no professionalism....no morning coffee....many witnessed a possible drug deal going on from the upper floor out the window to individuals outside...very little was offered for breakfast....it was out n they didnt offer to restock...management was arguing with one one attendant and told him he could make coffee in his room...security wasnt very good here...we wont stay here again...3 hr Dr appt to have this...no thanks

Maybe think twice

Let me first start off by saying, I did drove by before we decided to stay here. Although I should’ve asked to see a room before booking 3 days. Entry way is acceptable and staff is friendly. Hallways are dark. Rooms are dated, tub backed up entire time was showering. The bed had a cave in the middle that you rolled into in the night. Ceiling in shower had severe water damage. Curtains falling down due to missing hardware. Walls are paper thin heard music, slamming doors and people talking all night long.

It appeared clean; however there were some areas that needed attention (sweeping under bed and table, bathtub needs stain removal). Some fixtures need updated (lamps are a bit rusty). Staff were helpful and friendly.

There was a dime-sized bug that was crawling on the wall above our nightstand. When I went to kill it, it fell behind the nightstand, so I moved it to try again. That's when I discovered a trove of fast food wrappers, a dirty fork, and crumbs back there. Then, while I was looking for the bug, I saw under the bed, even more food wrappers, drink cans, empty bottles, a vape cartride, and a USED CONDOM. There was even more trash and crumbs behind the lounge chair and dresser. No wonder they have bugs. Never again will I stay in this place.
