Disaster

Check in was great, lady was super nice. A/C was out at my house so needed a place to sleep. Dropped off a bag at 3pm and returned at 9:30pm to sleep. Rusted out refrigerator (no big deal), busted security lock (no big deal, since I had the dog with me), mouse droppings on the bed and pillows (unacceptable). Clerk did offer another room, but trust is gone once mouse droppings are found. Packed up and went home to sleep in the hot house. Contacted on Sunday for a refund, we'll see if they do the right thing. Never again 😞

It took looking at three different rooms before I found a room that was clean. Then the room that I finally ended in I found roaches. The young lady that helped me at the front desk was wonderful she was kind she was courteous she was very helpful she also apologized because her sister was giving her problems that's why it took so long to find a room that was empty and clean.
