Horrible. Absolutely horrible. We booked 3 rooms for homecoming game. 1 room -Tv remote is broken. Not enough pillows. Stains all over bedding, marks on walls. Super strong weed smell, sink would not drain 2 room - stains all over bedding and marks on walls and exposed wiring, no locking latch on doors, no smoke detector 3 room - broken toilet, will not flush (literally no handle to flush) Broken lamps, missing shades, paint on floor, stains all over bedding, marks all over walls, not enough pillows, water was turned off, not locking latch on door It was so bad that the hotel offered to refund us for one of the rooms and we still have not seen it come through. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Hands down the worst dump I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty roach infested. Parking lot worse than the surface of the moon. Corporate Red Roof should step in and get rid of these owners and tear this place down. Not enough room here to list all the problems.

This room was very dirty. There was fecal matter, splatter on the inside, back of the sit down part of the toilet seat that we didn’t see until late that afternoon. Went down complained and we received our money back for the room. By the way, they did not offer to come and clean it because their house cleaning staff was gone for the day.We would never stay at this place again. Staff was friendly upon arrival and with the complaint. we would’ve left, but it was college homecoming game night and all the hotels in the town was booked.

Disgusting property and very unsafe. Wires hanging out of the walls. Filthy. Wreaked of cigarettes. I will never ever stay at this chain again. We were in the room for 5 mins and left and stayed with friends. It was absolutely awful.

2 of the 3 lamps don’t have a bulb. The phone has no cord and doesn’t work. The tv doesn’t work. The bathtub is visibly stained and dingy. The sealing is peeling off the door and hanging infront of it. There are many stains on the walls and doors. At least the air conditioner works.

Dirty and unsafe for one big reason: the air conditioner was astonishingly full of black mold. This is not a small amount, I mean looking into the vent probably took a year off my life. After turning it off and wearing a mask, we left a full 5 hours before checkout. I understand if you have business troubles, but you need to check each air condition and -REPLACE- each one, do not attempt to clean them. They need to be replaced before your hotel is declared unfit for human habitation.

Lights in the room didn't all work, hot vs cold water was plumbed in reverse, some stains on bedsheets. But, relatively quiet, extremely cheap option, and easy check in/out. Not far from amenities.

Do not stay here

Gave my room away after i checked in. Luckily i didn't have anything in the room yet. No knobs on ac unit. Had to get a remote from another guest to turn it on. Cigarette burns in comforter, floor, in bathroom. Staff screaming and cussing about owner and how they Hate working there. Pretty sure the were on some type of illegal drug.I highly recommend sleeping in your car over staying at this hotel

AWEFUL EXPERIENCE!!

The property is really bad, there are derelict cars in the lot broken down. The room was supposed to be smoke free but was not. It was so bad we could not stay in the room. What ever they used to cover the smell burned your eyes, there were stains on the comforters. We just wanted a clean bed and room to sleep in!!

Absolutely disgusting, terrible. We got none smoking room that smelled like ashtray, there was literally cigarettes on the counter. Yellow stains on the bed, yellow stains on the lap, bathroom disgusting. Never even again!!!!!
