Disgusting
First room we had was absolutely disgusting there was mold on the ceiling furnishings looked like they came from a thrift store bottom of shower was black found a couple questionable bugs and sheets were dirty asked for a different room witch they gave us but very reluctantly the next room we got was a little better not much but usable I guess although sheets looked disgusting thank god we had blankets we brought so we slept on top of the bed spread furnishings again looked like a thrift store stains all over carpet and walls and the pool they advertise doesn’t look like it was used in years the price was right but I would’ve paid more somewhere else if I would’ve known how disgusting this place was there breakfast was ok but don’t recommend staying here

The staff was not friendly when we checked in. They were having their own conversation and didn’t show us any courtesy! I asked about a senior discount and they said they didn’t offer them. Other people checking in with us were not being treated well either

Disappointed.
We traveled from Michigan for our grandson's Ft Jackson boot camp graduation and needed to reserve a room sight unseen. I've had good experiences with Sleep Inn before but this wasn't one of them. Best word to describe the room: grimy. But the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot, do we made do with it.

It was dirty the lamps were sticky and i was supposed to get a refund after i paid for three nights i got charged for the one i should get a refund for my other two nights they said you guys would give me a receipt im waiting. Also it smelt like mildew and mold it did not look as nice on the advertisement.

The room was nasty.. mildew and roaches in the bathroom.. the toilet constantly ran and after one shower the water became super cold before anyone else could take a shower.. they never came to clean my room or offer towels the 3 days I stayed.. The whole hot breakfast was a lie.. it’s been over 2weeks and I still haven’t received my deposit back yet.

Computer Disaster-No ability to check in
When we arrived all the computer systems were down and had been all day. There was no indication if they would come back up at all, There were no other hotels available in the area so we waited 5 hours not knowing if we’d have a place to sleep. Extremely stressful and worst hotel experience in my life. Finally able to check in at 9 pm. Room was old and desk chair broken; worst experience ever.
