Disappointed. I booked a room online and when I showed up for the night, I was informed they had no rooms available. The hotel itself was nice and the lady at the front was friendly but I feel it is unacceptable to take my paid reservation then not have a room for me.

On wednesday night at between 10 and 10:15 PM there was a banging on the door that scared the crap out of me. we waited a while and my daughter opened the door and no on was there. she reported it to the desk clerk and the clerk came up but no one was there. i could not sleep all night because i thought someone was going to break in. i was very upset. this has never happened to me before at any of the Marriott's i have stayed at.
