The only problem I had was my key card kept malfunctioning and I had to go to the front desk to get it fixed. The front desk informed me that all the doors in that hallway were scheduled to get updated scanner locks and door handles.

Hot tub was out of order and the door to the pool room was broken from the inside and jammed shut (staff made it sound like it’s been that way for a while. Otherwise the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
