Party of 4 couples all booked this place as our layover for one night. Rooms were a disgrace. Two rooms particularly located on the ground level (room #114) at the end looked like it had not been in use for decades. Dark, musty, water on floor in bathroom, unable to determine origin and filth in sink. Wouldn`t even consider sitting on the bed much less sleep in it.
Turned in the keys and never looked back even though the staff member offered another room.
My husband and I had seen enough!
I suggest a Health Dept. visit is definitely in order.

But the staff was all ways very helpful with everything
The place had roaches and for the five days absolutely no cleaning or changing of the bed linens or towels, only empty the garbage. Even the non smoking rooms had smoking odour and an unpleasant smell.
We booked 3 rooms for our large family that had a dog. One room was decent that was closer to main lobby but the other 2 were at the very end corner as the pet friendly room was the very last room. These 2 were dirty and musty smelling. The “pet” (without carpet) had dirt, leaf chunks and other small debris bits in the foot area between the top/bottom sheets. We were a late check-in just crawling in to bed to sleep and didn’t notice this until the morning. We took pictures but front desk wouldn’t offer any compensation since we didn’t tell him upon arrival and then he would have offered in clean sheets for us to change to bedding ourselves!
I got a room with a broken, dirty toilet, but the front staff refused to offer me a different room. The room had a strong smoke smell. Although, the front desk staff was not helpful, I was able to talk to the owner. The owner was able to give me a different room.
I had a hard time staying there. The room was not cleaned properly, including an opened can of stew on the floor. I can see light through the bottom of the outside door. I checked the bed for bedbugs and slept with the lights on. Also, they overcharged me for my dog. It was supposed to be $15 and I had a $60 charge in my credit card. Never again!!!
