The girl at the front desk had a nonchalant attitude which wasn't good when I tried to answer a question upon trying to get in our rooms he's been worked he had to come back up front get another key and once we got in our room it was really stinky and roaches were in the bathroom. Upon notifying the young lady at the front desk she just switched us to a room which melt a little better but still was not up to par and she should at least offered me a discount or the room for free or something she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience of anything and then we had to be moved up on the second floor from the first floor and I had two rooms but because my mom's age I just let them stay down there and that is not even a continental breakfast that they serve. We were there for a church event but I would not stay there again.

Six light bulbs were missing. Called desk for replacements and they said they did not have any. ( Walmart was across the road.) Shower did not work. No hot water. Shower head was broken. Had to take a cold shower at 8:00am. Cold shower. Breakfast was Little Debbie Rice Crispy Treats and coffee. Will not stay here again. Go to Starkville.

Might be cheaper, but you get what you pay for!!!

The room smelled like mildew terribly! The carpets were gross, it was like they were greasy, definitely needed cleaning.The shower leaked the whole time, and it was gross!!!

The condition of the hotel was awful. Our room had rust, mildew, and uncomfortable beds. The free breakfast consisted of a piece of fruit and a granola bar. We put up with loud music and the smell of weed. I’m thankful we only stayed 1 night. We will not stay there again.

There was deferred maintenance on the outside and the bathroom wasn't very inviting. It was sufficient for what we needed though, and the employees were pleasant.

This room was absolutely disgusting and I saw two small roaches, one of which crawled on the headboard. I didn’t have a choice but to stay in there. The room was dirty and the shower. I refused to shower in it. I can’t believe it was $100. I never leave reviews like this. I will never stay here again or recommend to anyone. Gross.

I survived!

My stay at the hotel was average overall. The property itself is in need of some updates—both the rooms and common areas feel a bit worn and dated. The rooms all have a damp smell from leaking AC units. Bathrooms definitely need updating. That said, the highlight of the stay was the service from a couple of standout staff members who went above and beyond to make things more pleasant. Kudos to ALEX and Miss Rosemary!! Their friendliness and professionalism really made a difference. While the hotel has potential, it could benefit from some renovations and attention to detail. I would probably only return as a last resort until improvements are made.

The ceilings were peeling and there was a light water mark on ceiling. The tub was dirty. A black hair in it. Shower head did not work right

The floors and bathroom were filthy. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. The sheets were clean and that is the only reason we didnt go to another hotel.
