Fine for one night

The room was a nice size but it's an old hotel. The bathroom was fine, it was clean and the shower worked well! The wood slates on the floor were ragged along the edges like years of mopping has taken it's toll on it. It was clean however. Had a nice size fridge. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. It was also nice and quiet. Although I didn't use it, the pool and hot tub were closed. The breakfast was VERY limited when I went at 7:00 am. 1 Peach Yogurt, Bread, banana's, could make waffles. The scrambled eggs and sausage did not look good so I didn't eat any.

I like to stay at the Baymont because of the beautiful indoor pool but unfortunately, was closed down for maintenance repairs. Last year, the whirlpool spa was broken and still not fixed. I don't think the sauna is working eirher but I didn't ask. Unfortunately, by the time I found out the pool was closed, it was too late to cancel my reservation, and the desk clerk could not add any alternative for that. Next time (if I do decide, maybe not), I'll call Baymont several days before to see if the pool is open so I will have time to cancel. Also, two of the three lamps in the room were not working due to burnt out lightbulbs. Yes, I could have called the front desk for replacements but, by then I was just too tired and disappointed, I didn't. I probably won't be back . . . the front desk people are friendlier at the hotel down the road anyway . . . and their pool is fixed and in working order.

Quality not there for the price. Floors in room had water damage, bath fan switch not functioning properly, no drain plug for sink, pool out of order, bedside receptacle to loose to maintain connection. Poor breakfast.

Our first room had bed bugs. The pool was out of service all week. The breakfast was almost nonexistent. The paint was peeling in the bathroom and it wasn’t cleaned all week. Definitely would not stay here again.

Pictures from hotel.com looked nothing like the actual hotel. Room was incredibly dirty and falling apart, floor was peeling up, ceiling was falling down, everything seemed very dirty. Parking lot was being used by a road construction crew with large equipment so parking would be limited at times.

NONE of the bathroom plumbing worked correctly. The light over the bathroom sink did not work. Overall lack of maintenance, function, and appeal. Only stayed because my usual hotel was full. Will definitely not be back.

Disappointed to say the least.

When we checked in, we were told the pool was closed. I explained that was the reason why I picked that hotel. I found out 2 days later, that I was supposed to be provided a no fee cancelation with a refund. One of the front desk workers (not the same as our check in one) was super nice and helpful to my daughter, two different times. The parking lot in the back was beat up and needed redone 2 years ago. Breakfast was “sold out” 30 minutes after it was offered 2/3 mornings. The room was clean and in good condition, and the AC worked great. I’m grateful I purchased at a great price, or I would have been more disappointed than I currently am.

Disappointing for the price

The clerk at the desert was very nice but the first concert came when she told me the pool was not available. That was a big part on picking this hotel, so the kids could swim. We had to go out and find other entertainment that threw unexpected costs at us. As for the room, the beds were very squeaky, the bathroom ceiling was chipping away and one of the locks on the room door were broken. In the morning i arrived to the breakfast room just to watch an employee add cold gravy to an empty but previously used pan but after heating it in the microwave it was pretty good.

Stayed one night for a sports event. Staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Wednesday free breakfast had almost nothing available. Overall, this was a solid value for the price.

The management is very attentive to their guests. All who worked there were friendly. I have stayed at other Wyndams, US and Canada. This Wyndam had the cleanest rooms, bathrooms although the parking lot needs a bit of eye appeal. Great stay!

Pool is closed. Small bathroom. No safety handle in shower. Open holes where handle would be normally allowing water when showering to funnel to. I am sure there would be mold behind the tub if investigated. Shower head leaked dripping on wall. Fitted sheet was stained, but we were able to get a new clean fitted sheet. Breakfast was nothing special.

Everything was so chaotic and sporadic that there was no way to get a refund for the room even though I had insurance on it they had no details about how many dogs you can have on his line and I had one too many dogs and that was not a reason and I still have not received my refund
