In a large area with several other motels and other commerial buildings. I was only there for about 10 hours. The "free" breakfast was quite nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had a king-sized suit, which was really nice. It was also located on the ground floor, which meant less walking for my wife and me. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The best part of all was that we could stream our shows from our phones to the TV, which is a convenient feature.
