Slightly disappointed in this hotel.
I’m a bit surprised this hotel was so highly rated. There is visible wear and tear in the hallways and on the room doors. Furnishings in the room were also worn and the lampshade was torn. There were some splatters and stains on the wallpaper in our room. In addition, the pool was closed the night we were there, and there was no hot water the night we checked in - the water was warm enough to shower the next morning but not very hot. On the plus side, the location of the hotel is convenient and the bed was comfortable. Overall, I would not likely stay here again, especially given all the other properties in the immediate area.

Our window was smashed in our truck and they had nothing to say but sorry. Did not give us anything towards our stay. While that is not the only thing we went for the hot tub and and pool both was extremely cold.

Short 1- night stay. Flexible check-in, pretty clean room, quiet, great covers on the bed, wonderful breakfast. Friendly, helpful day staff. I felt like they really cared. Didn’t really interact with the night time staff, but the desk clerk just glared at us when we returned late in the evening.

While the room was not dirty, there was mold on top of the shampoo/conditioner holder in shower, refrigerator was VERY loud, could hear the people above us, hook for towel(s) gone and had to request more tissues & toilet paper!
