Very nice hotel
Very nice old building, former mill, that was restored and turned into a hotel. Welcoming lobby with friendly staff. Large, quiet and updated room with comfortable bed and modern shower. Located on the river with a nice riverwalk. Attractive restaurant/bar on premises ($$$) where you can view old mill equipment. Nothing else within walking distance but short drive to downtown area. Decent breakfast included. Would stay here again if I visit the area in the future.

Great Stay
This is a unique boutique hotel. It is fairly new and a renovation of the oldest mill in Columbus. We were happy to see original floors, brick, beams, etc. The bed was super comfortable, excellent shower, and we could not hear anyone else on our floor. The entire hotel was very quiet. It was a huge plus to walk the riverwalk! We will return.

Unfortunately children running back and forward
The front desk was great Stephanie & Summer was knowledgeable and helpful when we checked in. The breakfast menu needs help in that area not consumed very disturbing. The children above our unit very disrespectful running back and forward end up breaking my sleep and had to drive back to Atlanta. The property is great and walkable, great views and parking lot was nice. The next time to avoid unexpected noise I will like a top floor .

The City Mill hotel is a beautiful hotel along the river walk. The mill renovations are wonderful. My room had a view of the river and it was great.The service: front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast area people were helpful, approachable, and kind. The restaurant was conveniently located. The dinner meal I ordered was delicious. The free continental breakfast from the hotel was a pleasant addition. I can't remember when I enjoyed a hotel stay this much!!!

The property and hotel was awesome. The breakfast was not great and it seems there might be a staffing issue with housekeeping. Overall this property was a good value and it was a 1.5 miles to the quaint downtown with great restaurants.

A posh hotel in historic mill building
A posh hotel in an historic mill building on the banks of the Chattahoochee River. A riverwalk stretches north into a park and south into the city. One is able to cross the bridge into Alabama. An engaging stay.
