It is an older property but has been well cared for. It was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds weren't great but they weren't bad. We were in a good location to get where we wanted to go and felt safe. Overall a "good" experience.

The front desk was not the friendliest when check in. For the high price of the hotel, I would have liked my fridge to have worked and not spoil the $80 of food I bought for the weekend. Then ice was not working everywhere.

Marriott Columbus NW is convenient with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The property is clean and quiet. The gal who checked us in was very pleasant and efficient. We were visiting the zoo, just minutes away.

It is a nice quality hotel with amazing food. The rooms are nice and the hotel is up to date with the designs. The shower is really nice and relaxing. This will be my go to spot when staying in Columbus.

Hotel had a car show group booked all weekend. Allowed them to block off parking areas for their show and other lots for trucks and trailers. They even allowed them to stop people coming in the main entrance and tell them parking lots were closed. Felt we could not go out or we wouldn’t get a place to park again. Had to have our daughter pick us up for dinner. Spent a lot of money to be treated like intruders for 2 days. No free breakfast.
