It looked like there was some updating of the main floor, and bathroom and entryways to the rooms. The beds and bathroom were relatively clean. The window treatments were filthy. The bathroom still smelled swampy, it would benefit them to change the shower curtain weekly. I never trust a bedspread. The hallway carpet was old and dirty. The location was convenient and quiet. On the plus, the breakfast was respectable and the staff overall were friendly and helpful. Sadly, when I was checking in, a young, professional looking couple was complaining to the front desk about already been in a filthy room just to be moved to a worse room! The front desk manager kept saying he had nowhere else to put them and wasn't keen on refunding them so they could go elsewhere. It was a very busy weekend in Colombus. Very disconcerning to hear that. I almost left myself. I guess I expected better from comfort inn. Sorry, just being honest.

Great hotel in a great location. There is a very nice mall across from the hotel and lots of restaurants and shopping. Area around the hotel is nice and safe. The breakfast was great with good variety hot and cold. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
