The pictures online do not represent the true condition of the property. It is rundown and needs a facelift! The rugs inside and outside of the room are dirty and stained. The couch in the room was old and tired. We found a hair in the bed when we pulled back the sheets. Our bathroom was very clean so that was a positive.

The hotel smelled nothing but chlorine and the Internet kept dropping it also rather run down . Not to mention they wouldn't take cash as half the payment slightly annoying

Check in was fine but once I got settled and ready for bed, it was awful. I checked the bed and noticed there was at least 3-4 bed mattress protectors and started to be suspicious. I looked for spots but didn't see any. I was lying on the bed and moved the pillows, and I saw BEDBUGS! I JUMPED UP! I was so shocked and grossed out, I couldn't believe it. I went to the front desk and told the night person. He acted like it was a normal occurrence and said, "There's nothing I can do as far as a refund for a few days". He was very nonchalant and unconcerned! He offered another room, but I said "No, I can't stay here". So, if you are considering staying here "DON'T". YOU DON'T WANT TO ENCOUNTER BEDBUGS!

Excellent breakfast bar and friendly front desk staff. Room needs storage, such as shelves in the bathroom and a place to hang shirts. Did not like that our room would only be cleaned every three days and if you needed another roll of toilet paper/towels, you had to ask for them at the front desk.

Very comfortable run and well insulated for sound - quite. Centrally located for variety of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast offered nice variety.

We were assisting with besties daughter's wedding and spent two nights. Everything was great whole time. My hubby accidentally left wedding band on sink while packing up. We called 30 min after checking out and front desk person found the ring and called us right back. Bestie was at a different location but still in town picked it up for us. Desk person confirmed her identity before giving it to her. That's great customer service!
