Staff very nice, rooms and hotel clean, hot water. Breakfast decent (standard breakfast). The ONLY thing I could say is negative is that the indoor swimming pool was out of order. It wasn’t a deal breaker or anything like that BUT I think if the pool is not in working order that should be disclosed. People book hotels with indoor pools on the winter because they want th option to possibly swim.

They have a policy to clean the rooms every 3rd day. I feel that is too long to go without cleaning a room. We checked in on a Wednesday and our 3rd day fell on the day before checkout. So, they wouldn’t service the room. We went 4 days without trash being emptied, floors swept, or the restroom being cleaned. When asked to be put on the list to have the room cleaned, they just quoted policy.Very unsanitary. Either clean the rooms every 2 days or allow customers to request a cleaning. If you won’t to keep good customers, this is how you do it. emptied

We have stayed twice a year apart. Each time the floors were filthy. The first time we asked them to come clean the floors. We thought they had, since it smelled like cleaner, but our socks quickly turned black. I had hoped the second time we stayed it wouldn’t be the same. I was wrong. This time I made sure we had house shoes on the whole time. The floors are just caked in a dirty film. They really need to clean them better or try a different cleaner for the tile.

The room was small, totally NOT worth $250 a night. The breakfast was just okay and the front desk staff weren’t very friendly. The whole facility seemed a little run down. I would not recommend it.

Decent hotel, recently renovate. Unfortunately detail was not given to the complete project as blackout curtain wasn’t close enough to window to do anything, the space around the bathroom door was not cleaned, and the bathroom had 0 space. Generally though a decent room for a one night stay. Pretty good breakfast, and decent service. A little pricey for what it is, but it was about the best balance of quality and price for a game day weekend.
