The moment we check in the front desk clerk says she was about to cancel my reservation, although I arrived at 4 and checkin is at 3. Once we walk in spot how unclean the rooms were. Found food under the couch, sat on the bed, it tilts over uncomfortable the whole night. Really wish I got my money back.

The property was convenient and it was also clean. The breakfast items were of poor quality. The towels were of poor quality, so one didn't feel dry after using them.

Not a family friendly hotel. Couples arguing until 3 am. Loud parties and people making noise in the halls at night. I Would not recommend this hotel for families or people looking for a relaxing nights rest.

DO NOT STAY HERE something weird is going on here
Me and my girlfriend stayed on the 3rd floor and we heard loud noises every day on the 4th floor and a weird loud bass that shook our wall and it continued even after we made a complaint. Someone above us would play loud music and stomp (apparently we aren’t the only ones who complained about this, weird right?)The person at the desk told us he would handle it and pretend to call but little did he know, me and my girlfriend were around the corner. The rooms didn’t have soap and they only give you one roll of toilet paper. Also me and my girlfriend went down there to buy snacks and get more supplies and the worker was asleep. The breakfast is the same thing every morning and the fruit isn’t fresh and the milk they use stinks. The snacks that they sell are over priced. $2 for a small pack of welches fruit snacks?? There is something shady going on with that place and it’s honestly scary. I ordered food from door dash and the driver took a picture of it at the front desk and when I went to go and retrieve it, it was gone. The worker told me that no one delivered anything so I showed them a picture that was sent to me and they acted confused. I would not recommend staying here. It may be cheap and look nice but like I said something unusual is going on at that place. Thieves also hangout here so be aware. We saw 2 cars with their windows smashed.

Not a great experience 😕
The person checking us in was not very friendly. It was also the longest check in progress I've ever experienced. The air conditioner in the room made an awful noise the entire time it ran... made it so we didn't sleep well.. Then the water wouldn't get hot for showers.

Staff was nice. Airport shuttle only ran on the hour and only ran until 11 pm. Our flight came in at 11:20 pm. Having a shuttle was one of the reasons I chose this hotel so was disappointed to find out I still had to pay to get to the hotel. Hotel was clean but could use a renovation. Breakfast was ok. Juice seemed watered down.

There were a bunch of thugs hanging in hall ways fighting with guest and being very disrespectful and staff said absolutely anything to them even the police were called they broke into cars and busted windows it was very unsafe
