They didnt wanna give us more towels wanted us to reuse the ones we had , didn't wanna give us sheets for the pull out couch . Doors were jamming which was an inconvenience. They were also prejudiced.

My sister and I liked this hotel. It was very convenient to restaurants. I even went to a nearby car wash called Envy. We stayed for two nights. The only thing that I found strange at the hotel was there were only employees of one ethnic group. The employee that serviced the breakfast area did not say hello when he entered. However, he did adjust the waffle battle after I informed he it was too thick. I would stay at his hotel again and other Comfort Suites.

First of all major shout out to housekeeping. They really do a great job, hotel and rooms were really clean. Property maintenance wise, its started to show its age and lack of upkeep. Elevator makes really scary pops and creeks, our bathroom door had all kinds on scratches on it. It really just needs a little TLC. All on all though the rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

I needed more towels and wash rags cause when we got in town, we used the 4 washed rags and towels sent my son down stairs to get more, and they did not give him none I went down there. They only gave me 3 towlesI had to use my hand to wash my face and ass in the morning Before we left. The couch bed was so noisy the the bathroom vent was not working. It was so hot in there. My clothes was sticking to me.

The area it’s in feels a bit sketchy. The automatic doors in the front kept opening and closing even if you’re not by the door. The hair dryer and phone in the room was broken, and the elevator seemed like it would fall any minute. Overall, it seemed clean though. The bed was comfortable and large. The bathroom countertop and sink were also cute.

First off, the staff is mostly very nice and breakfast was adequate. The water pressure was perfect. That's about where the positives end. It is easier for me to do this in list form. Thin walls. Loud noises all night. Assumed I wanted a first floor room because I am disabled. Ablist. Parking lot in disrepair Smoke free but the outside was littered with paraphernalia. Room was damaged when we arrived. Large crack in shower Furniture in disrepair Exposed/dirty pipes in bathroom Couch bed was filthy Bathtub was stained Past repairs completed poorly Toilet seat did not fit toilet/pieces missing Could hear other room through bathroom vent Tub so slippery it caused a fall Location is deplorable You can get a wheelchair in the room and move about but the toilet has no way to assist you in getting off and the bed is far too high. AC so loud it was difficult to sleep. I would never set foot in this place again. The one night we stayed was far too long.

The first room we were given smelled like mold and it was very hard to breathe. We requested to move to a different room which was a little better but not much. The rugs clearly have not been shampooed recently by any professional. The area was not safe to walk around the neighborhood. There was a vacant building where people were hanging out and appearing to do drugs and who knows what else.

I go to check in. No rooms were available, then I was told I would have to pay a $600 deposit for two rooms after I paid for the two rooms on line! I told them that was crazy so they dropped it down to $400. I have yet to receive to my deposit back. There is no reason why I haven’t received, I left the rooms in a better condition then we received them, never received a noise complaint. I will never stay at this hotel again.
