Staff were always warm, inviting, kind, and welcoming. Especially the sweet lady preparing breakfast Fri and Sat (Renee? Sorry cannot remember). The furniture and bedding showed wear but was clean and we were satisfied with our stay. We fully plan to return every time we're in town.

I stay at Russell because it is convenient. Although facilities are outdated, the staff is so friendly and helpful. I have been staying there for 2 years and will continue even though the facility is not 5 star. The stars are like family.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful, even with our extremely late check in! Our room was clean and had everything we needed for the night. Breakfast was good with several hot and cold options.

Comfortable but could be cleaner

Room was comfortable however in bathroom the shower curtain rod is falling a bit so curtain would not close and drifted to the center causing water to spray out on the floor. Needed 3 towels to clean up. Reported to staff who agreed they were aware of this. Also bathroom floor had dry water spots before we used it so don’t believe it was mopped from previous occupants In the hallway there was dry mud tracked in from construction workers
