Breakfast was ok, rooms were great, staff was very nice and accommodating. The area surrounding the Hotel has some undesirables that hang around. None staying at the Hotel, but lurking outside. Need more parking spaces and don't allow a truck and horsetrailer park there taking up 5 spaces. There is a place for them to park onThe fairground.We enjoyed our stay! 😊

We stayed here bc it was right near the state fair entrance, which was very convenient. However, there is not much else to do in the immediate area and it is not walkable. The area overall was less than desirable, but its proximity to the fair was perfect for what we wanted. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was decent.

All American Quarter horse Congress stay

Room clean and in good shape. Parking attendant in the lot at night... perfect due to problems with large event at Ohio Fairgrounds. We had no issues.

Despite there being security our truck was broken into as well as 2 other vehicles. The only help the team offered was an old vacuum... and that the manager would be in on Monday. I emailed the manager asking for the video footage and other efforts to make this awful experience right. I have gotten NO RESPONSE. Will never stay here again when visiting for AQHA Congress.

Great place reasonably priced.

My boyfriend and I stayed here because it was one of the closest hotels that was within a fair distance and reasonably priced. Check-in wasn't until 4pm, however, the Manager there was at the front desk. He checked us in early. The room smelled clean. Everything was nice. Hotel staff were great. I wish we could have had breakfast, but we got up too late for it :(. Check-out was very easy as well.

Terrible stay.

When we opened the door to the room smelled, it was a very distinct musty odor. Faint smell of stale cigarette smoke. We used the AC to help with this. The bedside light next to the far bed didn’t work. The room was dingy and badly needs an update. The pillows on the bed were tiny, maybe half the size of standard pillows. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. The sheets had faint stains, some looked like footprints. The biggest issue was the next morning, the shower only had scalding hot water. The front desk would not answer the phone from the room or when we called from our cell phones. We had to go all the way to the front desk to get assistance. This issue held us up by about 2 hours and we missed our breakfast plans. It was extremely frustrating. There were no rooms to change to. Staff was not very helpful overall. Location was not great either, I did not feel safe in the working lot at night, although there was a police car with lights and police cameras running all night. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Comfortable Good Price And Location, Room Smelled

The only issue I had is the hallway smelled like cat urine in the bedroom. We were in room 209 smell like cat urine. I had to buy odor band and Lysol and every time I left the room in and out I had to spray again and had the window open and it was still stinking in there.. other than that everything else was great
