got there at midnight after a long day of traveling and found bed bugs in the bed. we ended up leaving without even saying anything. when i called to request a refund, they said they’d refund me $17 of my $230.

The hotel was in a sort of shady, semi industrial area and the highway noise was very loud. The hotel itself was fine for its star rating. The reason for the very low rating is a sneaky fee for the room safe regardless if you use it. What's next, fee to use the sink?

There was a pill laying on the bathroom floor when entering. Fortunately we didn't have small children who may have swallowed it. There was plates and garbage in trash can. The front desk gentleman came and changed trash can. The breakfast had a good selection. Would stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I’ll be honest and say I wasn’t too confident base on what others had told me years past. I’ve spent a lot of time in Columbus but never stayed here until this weekend. Everything was perfect and I LOVED the room. Super spacious, the water pressure is great, shower has large shampoo and conditioner bottles attached to wall, the beds were comfortable, room was clean, beautifully updated, had breakfast, filtered water dispenser in lobby(in a huge water drinker)! I would 10/10 recommend and stay again and even looked to see if it’s booked for my next event at the fairgrounds!
