The rooms seem like they are 20 years old. I could feel the springs in the mattress. Worst sleep I’ve ever had. Only thing that was nice was the staff.

Spend the extra cash to stay far away from here

The only good part about this hotel and I will say it 1st is the customer service was great. It was great because they worked with us to move to 3 different rooms. My wife and I dropped off our stuff in the room when we checked in and it was very quickly and I mean like 15 minutes quick because we were in town to see a concert so we were rushing to get to the show. After the show we got back to the hotel and within 10 minutes of getting settled I saw one of the walls that looked like it had “paint splats”. Getting a closer look out of curiosity … it was COVERED in black mold! Noticing it now as we are sitting on the bed we looked at the other walls and they had it as well, the lamp shades were covered!! It’s 1 A.m in the morning at this time so I go to the front desk to tell them I refuse to sleep on that room and that entire wing of the hotel needs to be condemned! The woman at the desk was extremely nice about this and showed care and gave me a different room on the second floor because the other was on the 1st floor and across the hotel. I went and looked inside the room before moving stuff and it didn’t have mold but half the light bulbs didn’t work and the AC wasn’t working so I said absolutely not. We get into a 3rd room and as this is happening to me there was a family of mom and dad 3 little kids also walking around to find a room that was good for them and this was the 2nd night in a row they had to change rooms !! My wife’s and i’s 3rd room was acceptable to stay in

The staff was great. The room was okay for our purpose of getting some sleep and a shower for an early flight, but the smell was terrible and the shower never got hot. The whole place just looks like it hasn’t been cleaned well or updated in 30 years. I would book again for a night before a flight though.

The hotel was not clean. The carpets in the hallways needed to be replaced, the ice machine was filthy. The bathroom in the room was not clean. The staff was nice enough. Not a great place to stay.

This is a very old, run down property. Housekeeping is excellent and linens clean, but floors, walls and entire building are literally falling apart.

At first it seemed a little outdated but fine... however we did end up finding a cockroach in the room. We notified staff the next morning, they didn't seem concerned. At least there weren't bedbugs.

Roach Hotel

This hotel is aged and completely run down. This is a roach hotel do not ever stay here. Awful is the only word to describe this place

Alright

Not as bad as the other reviews said. Few fruit flies in the bathroom, and the pictures are prettier than in person. Shower was rusty and overall just probably needs tile replaced. Beds were fine most towels and such had a couple small random stains. No bed bugs or roaches. Free breakfast is advertised but untrue. There’s a coffee pot and creamer, the juice machine doesn’t work and there’s no food provided. We went to Dunkin. Lobby area was pretty Overall it was decent for a night but if you want somewhere very clean and up to date you should splurge a little.

This hotel was in such terrible shape. There were dead bugs, mold and a live cockroach in our fridge. The mattress had mold on it and the other had stains all over it. The ceiling in the bathroom was actively leaking. The wall behind the toilet was breaking off. We ended up checking out in the morning. The hotel staff was understanding and refunded us our whole trip.
