The room was very nice! Very comfortable bedding with a pillow top and comfortable pillows and bedding. The room was quiet and quality amenities. She very nice glass door and rain shower. Nice restaurant and bar. We had breakfast in the am. Unfortunately, a check. They forgot to tell us that we would qualify for a coupon to be applied to breakfast. Instead of $17 it would be $11. Fortunately, the waiter fixed the oversight and apply the discount. For us. Breakfast had delicious fresh fruit, and yogurt as well as had hot tasty oatmeal. Unfortunately the eggs and sausage were luke warm so we didn't finish those. Waiter was delightful! We will definetly have this our preferred hotel in Dublin!

Hotel was very clean! Amenities such as indoor pool and gym were nice additions. The staff, especially Scot were friendly, helpful and informative. This is a simple, yet satisfying place to stay.

We are so happy we picked this hotel. We are from north Ohio coming down for Columbus activities for the weekend. The hotel is clean the restaurant was delicious with a nice breakfast buffet. Price of hotel very affordable.

Upon arriving, I was able to check in early. My in-laws could not. We took EVERYONES luggage to my room. We sat for a while. We left, i hid my purse, and went to the zoo. Upon returning we could not get into my room. It was given away to someone else. I return to front desk and was told "there was a glitch in check in process." It was a handicap room. And we needed that room for myself and my husband. All our belongings were retrieved and stored where anyone could access them, including my purse. As an apology, we were given a "free breakfast" that we already paid to have. My husband was given water and snacks for free. I didn't need those things. I needed the room we requested . I didn't need the clerk to run whenever he saw one of us.
