Long line at check-in. Then we got to our room...smoke alarm hanging out of the wall by the wires. Room was good sized and average in appearance. Hotel appeared to need updating. Appeared to be very nice at one time but has been let go. Hot tub closed. Pool cloudy. It used to be a DoubleTree so lots of amenities but they are not being taken care of. There were partiers everywhere; in the lobby, in the elevator, loud partying next door. Luckily we brought our sound machine and slept okay. Definitely would not recommend for a quick comfortable stop. And don't bother with the online check-in. We had to redo everything when we got to the hotel.

Attention and courtesy was given while making reservations. The Front Desk-she was on point and on top of her game regarding the hotel, etc. Very knowledgeable which made it LESS 😳STRESSFUL to take the STATE RN TEST. I recieved a Wake Up call ☎️ and I DID PASS!!!!

It was fine but there was no working microwave, no fridge and no working ice machine except on the 1st floor. Check in wasn’t until 4, unlike what the email said, and there was no early check in option at the front desk. But the room was clean and so was the hallways and lobby.

I found a cockroach in my bed one night and there was no hot water every morning. I’d give 2.5 stars overall but it doesn’t allow me. If they can fix their infestation and water problems then this place is 4 stars at best. Update their decor then 5 stars. Otherwise, don’t stay there till they fix a few issues.

The only thing that was not good at all was a hot water issue. Ive never had issues before at these hotels. It was not just my room either, friends staying on other floors had issues as well. Nothing like taking a cold shower :-/

the service at this hotel was great, the front desk agents were very helpful. we did not have hot water half our stay and other residents had the same issue. i was disappointed that the hot tub by the pool was temporarily under routine maintenance. i wish there was an indication of that in the listing, as i booked this hotel a little farther away from an event we were in town for mainly for the sake of the hot tub. other than that, the room was nice, the bed was comfy, the bar nearby was cool, and it was a nice place to chill after a long day.

I have stayed at this property before and it was wonderful. So I returned to stay again. The first time i was here I stayed on the second floor and it was very nice, clean, up to date, large room, etc. This time I was on the first floor (room 140) and it smelled like dog/cat urine when we walked in. The room was small and crammed. I had to request towels and coffee and coffee cups.....a room for 4 only had enough for

I had been driving for three hours when I got to the hotel I was looking forward to using the hot tub unfortunately after checking in and walking by the pool facility, the hot tub was drained. So I decided to order food. I called the front desk and they gave me the number (22) for room service. I called several times and no answer. I call the front desk again and they said they were having trouble with the rooms connecting to the restaurant she said hang on. I’ll have them call you in five minutes 15 minutes later nobody called me. I called back somebody went down. Had them call me. We ordered our food. I got my nachos with guacamole paid extra for it no guacamole I ordered four cokes. They brought me two and said they didn’t charge me for them because of the inconvenience and I said that’s great but I wanted four and she proceeded to tell me they were five dollars each, which didn’t matter I wanted for. So we ate my husband got ready to take a shower and we couldn’t turn it down. There was no button no rhyme no reason or how to turn it on. I called the front desk and they informed me there was no maintenance person there but they can move me to another room. We’d already impact it was 1030 at night. I was in bed and my husband was naked in the bathroom trying to figure out the shower. We were not gonna move rooms so needless to say we checked out today without showers to drive another three hours. Never will I stay there again.
