Power outage in area, no back up generators, hot in rooms fire alarms kept going off checked out at 5:30 am because we couldn't sleep. They were suppose to send an email with a credit, but never received anything of the sort. Cost went onto my credit card I reserved room with. Was planning on paying with another card but couldn't at checkout because of no electricity!!!!!

The offerings were beyond my expectstiobs. My air conditioner was not working properly. A women came to my room immeadiately following my call. Tried several different options to fix it and did not give up until she found the solution. She did it with it with enthusiasm and a smile. I will always choose a Drury inn when i travel. It was my 1st time staying at one of your properties.

We had a nice stay at Drury Inn & Suites. The staff was awesome and willing to help in any kind of situation. The breakfast and kick back was good. Nice not to have to look for a restaurant for dinner. I would say it was one of the best beds I have slept in of any hotel I ever said at. All in all it was pleasant stay. We would definitely stay there again.

This is our second time at this hotel and we really enjoy it. Staff is very friendly, it is always clean and the pool is nice! Dublin is also a great location for families

Our room was 205. Outside, just under our window was a group of smokers and vapors who were talking loudly and it was midnight. We could not sleep. We called the front desk to report it. The gentleman at the desk said he would go out and tell them to keep it down. When we checked out and requested our receiot, the attendant asked us about our stay. We told her we were unhappy and why. She said she would reach out to corporate and get us a complimentary overnight at any of the hotels locations. We have not heard anything yet. We are looking forward to receiving it. Thank you.
