Nothing about this hotel was good! There was dirty pillowcases sheets towels were disgusting! Something sticky on the floor between the beds and to top it cockroaches crawled out from the fridge one smashed on the floor! Refused any refund! Ill never stay there again!!

Bad dirty rooms dirty towels all roms dirty

In the front desk area they were hostile with us when they gave us the rooms. One of the rooms had no light, the electricity did not work. The rooms were dirty, the bathroom towels were extremely dirty, the shampoo and conditioner containers were empty and used, the floor was extremely dirty and what you see in the photos on social networks is a total deception, very different from reality.

Terrible representation for econo lodge company

Terrible representation for the company of econo lodge. They also don't honor the hotels.com procedures always as they should. This location shouldn't be offered by hotels.com, because they're a bad representation for business overall. Your company stands best over any booking choice as for myself. You'd prefer to keep it as so. Recommending econo lodge for this location is dishonerable and unacceptable

The worst nightmare management staff

The front desk worker attempted stealing my bicycle. I had to file a police report, but soon after he brought it back. They never identified themselves. I found out due to the staff. Also, the front manager Sam was in a physical altercation the night prior to my bike. The lady working the morning shift is rude and almost have my credit card info to someone else, but I was in her presence to interfere. The other staff workers were great, regarding house keeping and laundry. There was cat feces stuck to the floor at the top of the headboard. I cleaned myself due to multiple attempts alerting the front desk. The older staff members last year were much better and appreciated.
