The rooms faced the hallway and elevators not allowing any sound cancellation and hotel did not honor any quiet hours although the noise was near the lobby. Additionally AC unit did not work

Worst customer service ever experienced! Forgot the toiletry after checked out and called back right away. Asked to leave message since lost and found in the lunch break. No one called back after. Called again at night and talked to front desk. She took my message and promised someone will call me back first thing following morning. Nothing happed! All I need is a phone call. Luckily nothing valuable but It shows the poor customer service!

The staff was very friendly and the room, although dated, was clean and comfortable. The pool was pleasant. The commons areas, however, were dirty, with food on the floors of both elevators, on the floors of the restaurant/tables. In the morning, the linens from the rooms were being placed in huge bags that that looked like garbage bags. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

The pool was extremely cloudy could not even see a red ball in the water. Room wasnt 100% clean. Phones did not work in the room. Wifi was not able to be used on Firestick.
