We stayed here for 3 nights. The breakfast was very good. The room was big but housekeeping only gave fresh towels each day, they didn’t clean, remove used plates or cups, or make the bed. There happened to be a family reunion going on while we were there which is fine until they were outside the hotel at 2am yelling and laughing with no consequences.

This place has Bed Bugs. My son and I were bitten very badly by sleeping in one of the beds. And the Hotel did not accommodate us to any type of way. The hotel manager was even very rude about it. I would never stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the welcome was warm and genuine. The two ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt safe during my stay, which meant so much to me. My room was clean, cozy, and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting. Their kindness and professionalism made my experience stand out—I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to coming back.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The overall hotel lacked cleanliness. Elevator windows looked as if it had years of fingerprints. Outside of was dirty as well. Gym equipment was dirty, room was cleaned but had a bit of a stinch of dirty carpet/ embedded smoke smell. Overall hotel just needs cleaning.

The hotel was comfortable overall. The 8th floor rooms allowed the noise from the lower levels to be heard very loadly in my room suite..abaaft10:30.

The staff were very accomodating and cordial, particularly the front desk staff, breakfast staff and hoursekeeping staff. I did not concur with the exorbitant "party fee" assessed to my bill after checkout. There were no trash bags in any of the in room bins and we left most of the garbage in one general area and there were items in the refrigerator that could be utilized or thrown away at the hotel's discretion, however I totally disagree with the fee as there was no party or excessive cleaning that needed to be done. Disposing of refuse does not equate to a "party fee".

Very nice staff

I've been to the embassy suites several times now and each experience is great. This past experience was also great. Staff was amazing, breakfast was excellent and happy hour always fun. However the first night I noticed the ceiling was leaking a bit above the couch in the sitting area. I informed the front desk and they had someone take care of it. Overall great time.
