The king rooms are really nice. I never have any issues when I stay here. The only thing that was weird, was when I was checking in the guy told me there is a $40 deposit. I stated when did that start, I’ve stayed here many times, and have never had to pay that. He said Ok…then handed me my key.

The location was perfect for me. I have stayed here twice to attend events at the Audubon Center 1/4 mile away. Dinner the night before in Germantown. The room itself was pretty good. The water in the shower barely trickled out, but what water there was was hot. The office is a mess (and was last time I stayed here) but the room was even better by comparison.

I have stayed here several times and the rooms are large, reasonably comfortable, reasonably clean, and everything works as it should. If the place is full, however, it does tend to be fairly loud.
