Been staying here for years. It was definitely nicer and more attention to details before it became a Hilton property, but still our top choice in downtown Columbus. Great location. Rooms are small but nicely decorated.

I paid for breakfast. When I went to receive breakfast I was told breakfast was not paid for. When I asked the front desk for an itemized receipt they said to check my email. When I checked my email all that showed up right away was the parking receipt. I had a doctor appointment to get to. When I looked later, I recess receipt but it was not itemized like I needed. Looking back at my booking, breakfast was included. There was not a breakfast item/ menu option available for those that paid for breakfast.
