The overall property was good and I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean with minor areas that should have been touched up during cleaning. I didn’t come down for breakfast but I love the idea it was available for guest. The location was perfect with entertainment, shopping and food walking distance from the hotels front door. I can see myself staying at this property again.

One elevator was broken, so we had to wait for long periods of time. Staff was not friendly. My room card was not working, so after going back to the desk twice I asked if someone could accompany me to the parking elevator to ensure I wouldn’t have to walk back around and I was told that I could have just walked down the stairs or outside ramp.

Beautiful. Comfortable. Great choice.

We booked the same day when most hotels in the area were full. It’s in the heart of downtown. Easy and courteous check in process. The room was clean and the beds (although quite low to the ground) were extremely comfy. My family had a great night of sleep. Breakfast was fresh and hot. We had no complaints. Will use again.

This hotel was OK. I am relatively pleasant. They were fairly strict about the check in process, which I found to be cold and somewhat rude. But once they got you checked in or whatever it was fairly pleasant. The room was clean. The bed was maybe slightly on the hard side but nothing bad. The AC worked but was loud. The workout facility was outstanding. I really enjoyed that. The location was quite good with just a short walk to the Riverwalk area and a short walk to most of the good dining in the area. Their breakfast was probably better than average for this type of facility. It was overall okay but I would probably choose a different place next time I am in the area because there is probably a better stay in that town.

We have stayed here twice and both times were a very pleasant experience. If we are ever back in Columbus, GA, I would definitely rebook! Plus we were in the center of the town, and right by a gorgeous walking stroll along the river.
