The elevator was out. The desk clerk gave me a handicap room since I was alone and a senior with mobility issues. Quick thinking. Such a good listener.
First room stunk so bad!! We got moved to another room on our way there we saw the front desk person bring fabreze we figure out that is probably how they “clean”. Elevator was broken.
When we got there we were told the elevator was out of service. My wife is handicapped and uses a scooter. The check in clerk couldn’t put us on the first floor. He almost acted like he wanted us to cancel. We then asked for a room as close to the stairs door as possible so she didn’t have to walk very far after climbing the steps. He said yes our room was towards the end of the hallway. 214 was practically in the middle of the hallway. We weren’t sure if the air in the hallway was on it was hot and stuffy in there. She wasn’t able to go to breakfast with me because she couldn’t do all that walking.
Nice clean and comfortable. Room service interrupted our morning many times before checkout. Once at 8:30, 9:15 and 10:15 am

The person at desk was not very friendly, I booked through Hotel.com which did not mention an extra dog fee, I specifically booked for 3 adults & a dog. I mentioned the dog at check in and there was a 75$ extra fee & I said it didn't say that on the booking site he acted rude about the 3rd party booking site how you weren't responsible for their sites. He said hatefully that it was stated on Hamptons web site . Which I did not use, there should be better communications , it was late we were tired and a rude person at the desk and the additional charge was not appreciated.
Staff were friendly! Hotel room over all seemed clean, however, there is room for improvement with the bathroom - especially the shower head. The elevator also did not work but staff assisted with carrying my belongings to the second floor. No complaints about breakfast, had a variety of warm and cold options. Overall, I felt comfortable.
The stay was great! The accommodations were very nice. I can see us staying here again in the near future. The host, Daisy, who made breakfast, was beyond kind and accomodating. We didnt get to swim, but the pool area was always clean and clear of hazards. We absolutely will stay here again!
Very clean, the breakfast was delicious! The elevator is under maintenance until July, the staff asked us if Expedia made us aware of that as soon as we checked in.
Very clean, well kept property. Check-in was quick as was check-out. Pool was a little too chilly for a heated pool. Breakfast was decent. Nice touch was the personalized greeting on the TV when we got into our room. Definitely would stay here again.
