The hotel seemed really tired, needs an update. Our room was not refreshed during the day while we were gone. The pool was closed "for maintenance" but was it really? The staff was the best part of the experience, very helpful and friendly.

It was great. Great location for shopping etc. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was great (they have warm breakfast). The bathroom has vents (which is a big deal for me since one cannot open windows in hotels).

When I arrived the lady at the front desk asked for my card to confirm it was me. She then told me that there was a different card on the account and that she was going to update the card. I was charged again for the same room! When i shared the next morning, the lady claimed that the person who could undo the double charge had just left and that I had to wait two days for the person to come back to work. The next day many fraudulent transactions appeared on my account. I had to cancel the card during a trip. Terrible!

Stayed here over Thanksgiving and Christmas and both times have had no hot water late at night or early morning. The water must be on a timer. This really is unacceptable and we’re only given an $85 credit for this last visit. Will most likely not be staying again.

There was no hot water in the shower. After calling the front desk, their suggestion was to wait ten to fifteen, which I did. After waiting, the water was barely better than ice cold. I also had to call the hotel after checking out because I never received confirmation that I was checked out. She completed the check out, which the staff member who took my key card did not do. The heat in the room did not work. The thermostat had a note saying to use the window unit. Only the air conditioner function worked, which doesn't help when you need heat. The room temperature was set at 54. I will say the staff member who checked me in was helpful. I would never stay here again.

The front desk was phenomenal. She was quick to get me checked in. I asked for a room to the back of the hotel so I can look out the window at the woods and I get to my room and you can barely see out of the window from being Dirty from the outside. Really disappointed
