The location is very convenient to the Easton Plaza. Unfortunately The problem with the stay was I checked in on a Friday I left on a Monday and not once did they ever come to clean the room I had to constantly go downstairs to get fresh towels to take a shower every day. Maybe I haven’t stayed in enough hotels to realize they don’t clean rooms anymore until you leave.

The hotel itself was nice. The only issues we had were with other guests. It was midnight and there were teenagers or young adults running throught the hallway, yelling. I know we called down to complain, as I'm sure others did as well, but it continued to be allowed.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was not tended and ran out of food and coffee during the short hours of the breakfast and for travers that want to grab and go had to wait.

Property has gone downhill quickly over the last year. At check-in, I was given keys to two rooms that were already occupied. Very dangerous situation, twice. The third set of keys was for my room. There is only one functioning elevator (second has been out of service for a while). There is a smell of some sort in the hallways and in the room. Stains on carpet / furniture are very noticeable almost everywhere. Breakfast is not restocked based on my two breakfast experiences. Property needs a lot of work. Also, you'll see mobile police camera stations positioned throughout the parking lot.

The person checking me in was trying to give instructions to another staff person who was being instructed to kick another guest out of their room. This slowed my check in process, I did not feel that I was given good customer service. The elevators were broken and when I retired the front desk person asked me to call out my room number (safety issues) to instruct me which stair well to use. There was left over hair in the shower and didn’t feel it was cleaned well, the floor tiles looked dirty with build up. The sheets were not complete on the bed (the bottom fitted sheet) seems shrunk and wasn’t all the way on. Overall it was a very underwhelming experience.

It literally took me an hour and a half to check in.... The front desk personally went to verify that the room was clean and ready... When we got in the room the beds weren't made the air conditioner didn't work the blinds wouldn't go up or down... Went back to front desk stood in line for another hour... Got our rooms changed and everything was fine until we tried to use the keys and realized they didn't work.. housekeeping lettuce in our room but the room keys couldn't be fixed until later that night.. a solid line of people into the lobby we're waiting to check in until we returned to the hotel at 9:30 there's police robots set up in the parking lot announcing that it's videotaping and for trespassers to beware.. very strange environment very strange hotel..
