Cold water in shower. Had to get our own towels. Tub drain clogged. Bug on curtains and bathroom was dirty. Internet kept going out. Lady running breakfast made a lot of guests uncomfortable. Lady at check in was nice.

The location for our son’s graduation at Ft Benning was super convenient. The continental breakfast was nice and the staff was wonderful! It did take changing rooms twice to get one with working faucets. We stayed 3 nights and never had hot water for showers or washing up. Overall the main room was okay but the bathrooms were not clean.

No hot water. After a long drive from Atlanta’s airport, there was no hot water so I had to take a cold shower. The next day, still no hot water. Issue was not rectified so we had cold showers for the entire stay. This is unacceptable!

ZERO SHOWER OPPORTUNITY. Do not expect to get a shower at this hotel. They only provide cold water and they have zero solution to solve this issue. I would expect to hear an apology or some kind of partial refund. They should not be allowing guests to stay here in at all. If this is a temporary issue, then you should not be giving rooms out to any guests.

Don’t stay here

I never give negative reviews but this is the first. 3 out of 4 days we had no hot water for shower, not even warm water just freezing cold. Never once saw housekeeping. Took 45 mins to check in because front desk person wasn’t able to use her password. Manager helped after waiting over 45 mins. Breakfast was standard. Even if they gave me a free room, I would not ever stay here again.

Hotel was decent outside environment had some homeless people but they don’t bother you or your personal space. Beds were comfy staff was pleasant breakfast wasn’t bad waffles sausage eggs muffins. I thought it was GREAT for the price.
