Over all, the best hotel experience I've recently had. The air conditioner started making a flute sound that woke me up around 5AM. At breakfast the hostesses were sorta snooty. I get it, i was in town for a metal show and not looking like the yuppies they are used to.

Disaster at Hilton.

I parked my car with their valet. When I picked it up, the manager informed me that they had “side swiped” and damaged my car. He said they would take care of it. He gave me his information but as soon as I left they said the car had come in damaged, and have denied any wrongdoing. I am considering suing them

Valet was so busy they could not guarantee that we would be able to get our car back when we needed it to go to an event, so we had to self park. I was told that valet was $45 and self pay $38, I was still charged $45. From my car in the self park garage to my room was 758 steps, and 3 elevators! That’s a lot if you have any type of issues walking or have a lot of bags. The elevator in the parking garage - we went in at the aground level, hit floor 5 it went up to 4th floor, dropped to the 3rd floor and I don’t mean it went back down it was a bang, a jolt and a DROP!!! Then it tried to go back up to the 4th, went back down to the 3rd floor, did that like 4 times, never opened the doors and then finally went to the 5th floor. Next morning the other elevator was out of service and the other one we rode the night before was just sitting there with the doors opening and closing, opening and closing so we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs carrying all of our luggage to get to our car! Order room service and it was delivered in take out containers in a paper bag, not what I was expecting. But the hotel is beautiful, clean and the beds are comfy. Lots to do there too

Location is great

Love this hotel for its convenient location. Here for a volleyball tournament and it was connected for ease of accessibility to the tournament. The hotel is extremely clean and check in was fast. Can purchase a pass for $35 which allows you unlimited access in and out of the parking garage. Will definitely stay again.
