For a holiday it was peaceful. Never got clean towels or room cleaned for 4 nites and 3 day stay. Was not busy so not sure why we did not get clean towels.

Not a good experience

Arrived at 3p. My room was not available. Their systems were down and I did not get my room until almost an hour later. I had been on the road for 16hrs and was very tired. I tried canceling my reservation and book a different property at this point since I just tired and just wanted to rest. They threatened to charge me a cancellation fee for the cost of the room since it was non refundable but my room was not available and it was an hour past check in time.

DONT STAY HERE!!! I wish I could give ZERO STARS!!! So nasty!!! Food all over the floor, hair in the shower. Got moved to another room smelled stale, turned on the ac and it was making a horrible loud sound and there was brown liquid on the window seal. Canceled our reservation. The manager Jay is horrible too!! DONT STAY HERE!!

The staff was great and the room was amazing. The only thing I didn't like was that the bed sank in the middle. I woke up with back pains every morning and the fridge in the room was extremely small. Other than that it was a great stay.

This hotel is not worth the money spent. Customer service is the worst and slowest. The rooms are nice, but our room was very dirty. There were nasty stains on the carpets and the restroom floors. I had to clean the bathroom Flores. The bathtub grout and seals were moldy, and the shower curtain was almost falling. They sent someone to do the cleaning again, but all the issues remained the same. They just do superficial cleaning. Some of the walls and furniture was also damaged in the room. Then we tried to get a drink at the restaurant and even though there was no one they made us wait so long. There was a confusion between waiters and they literally argued right in front of us . There was no ice in the ice machines at several of the floors. I had to travel to three different floors to find ice. The pool water was very cloudy, and I wouldn’t risk swimming in dirty water. All in all, not the best experience:((

Everything was in tip-top shape. There was a full complement of clean towels. The shower was hot and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast, which was billed as " continental", included scrambled eggs and sausage patties, aling with pancakes and a hoat of other options. Parking was easy.
