Just a few small things.

We checked in and took our stuff to our room and left for dinner and hockey game not really inspecting room. Late night back showers, shower floor slippery no hand rail. Almost fell BEFORE shower was started. Hair was laying on track of shower. In the bedroom area nothing was dusted. Would have reported it however it was late when we came back after the Hockey game. Everyone was friendly. Bed was comfortable.

If you want your windows busted in stay here

Hotel is very nice clean rooms and good food. However the area is not safe they keep having windows broken in the parking lot. When I went to the desk was told they have security but I would have to call back Monday to get any video. Then was told to call the police myself. Break ins are so common we wait over two hours and no one ever showed. When I talked to the guy at the front desk on our way out he could care less and offered no apology for my inconvenience. He also told me that the security guard just happen to be on a bathroom break and not watching the parking lot when it happened, but the car alarms went off and apparently nobody checked the parking lot.
