We arrived at 3pm for our checkin and had to wait in the lobby for 45mins because our suite was not ready. The room was musty smelling mixed with a wet dog smell, the main light in the entrance as well as bathroom main light did not work. The couch had stains on it to where we flipped the seat cushions over, the mattress on the pull out for the couch was not capable of being slept on. When we asked for extra towels since we had 2 adults and 2 children we never received them for both nights. Done with the holiday inn

Food was not all that great. Would have preferred bacon or sausage The omelet was not good Pancakes were though Service was great at the breakfast! Bed was too soft for us but room was terrific

Thieves Broke Into My Truck!!

My truck was broken into in the parking lot and the hotel told me it's a park at your own risk lot. Three vehicles in all were broken into. The cop said it happens all the time. Need to make serious security changes

Clerk was unfriendly at check in, the room was dirty - food on the floor, someone’s fake nails on the floor, the carpet felt sticky and dirty, we couldn’t utilize charging ports next to bed because they were broken and the pool was over chlorinated. The breakfast was good.

Saggy Mattress

The hotel was fine. I would stay there again. The mattress to the bedwas horrible though. Extremely uneven. Sagged in the middle. I had to sleep sideways and it was still unpleasant.
