Camry and Stephanie provided excellent customer service. However, it would be helpful if Expedia clearly stated that the complimentary airport shuttle service only operates Monday through Friday, so guests are aware before booking.

Staff did not provide shuttle although I called before the 10pm deadline. Even if I had not called before 10pm, the website does NOT say anything about a "4pm-10pm" only shuttle. It simply states "shuttle from airport". Very disappointing especially due to rain.

Best Hotel Staff anywhere!
I stay at Holiday Inn Express every time I go to Gahana! It is always clean, comfortable and close to the Columbus airport. But the deciding factor for me is the friendliness and accommodating staff that this particular hotel has! Even the breakfast staff are amazing and helpful.
