After a long drive we decided to try this one for the night & we were so happy we did. The staff was wonderful, so helpful & check-in was a breeze. Our room was very clean & the bed must've been pretty comfy because my wife & I just crashed. Breakfast in the morning was good with several things to choose from. If our travels bring us back this way, we'll definitely stay here again!
Really liked the lounge/breakfast room. Large space with lots of comfortable seating options. The suite was great for 2 friends traveling together. Privacy for both travelers. Sofa bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had 2 doors. One from bedroom and one from living room. Nice open kitchen area with big fridge, dishes, silverware, etc. Room was super clean. Loved our stay.

Booked room on Expedia, arrived with family and was told on top of the Expedia rate as well as taxes that additional $15 dollars before I could check in since Expedia rate was less than the room rate required by the hotel. On top of the room that was booked was for a King studio suite however when arrived was given 2 queens, when asked why the change no reason was given as we had called to verify 2 king studios were in fact available prior to booking.
It’s a nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. Accommodating to pets, although they charge $75 extra. Quite steep in my opinion. No lotion or conditioner in room, but they do provide them at the front desk. Breakfast is pretty decent.
The hotel was really nice. My only complaint was the shower was clean to standard. There was someone else's hair on the wall and around the soap dispenser was dirty.
Was there for a concert. Went to check in at 3:00 and room was not ready. Never received a digital key (kept saying room was in progress). When I got back from the concert I waited for someone at the front desk and no one came. Finally another staff member came by and got the gentleman that was supposed to be checking me in. Stay was nice, but check in was a hassle
