The cover to our air conditioner fell off multiple times, you could hear everything the people around you were doing. The shower was not clean and had terrible pressure. It was either all the way hot or all the way cold.

Awful. There was black mold in the bathroom, roaches everywhere, dirt all over the floor, fire alarms going off constantly, burning smell of cigarette smoke, no body at the front desk ever.

It was an absolute dump! No staff at counter, called and was told they’d be out shortly, 30 minutes later a man in dirty sweatpants and a dirty shirt came out to check us in. The area was unsafe for me and my young daughter. People out from smoking marijuana and cigarettes right by entrance, entire building inside and out reaked of weed and smoke. Entire place was filthy and disgusting. Finally got to the room, walked in to find dirty floors, dead bugs everywhere, filthy blankets on bed, bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months! Worst experience ever!! Left keys on counter and walked out! Absolutely horrible experience! I highly recommend you take this hotel off your site! I am still trying to get my money back! I am traumatized over this! 10pm at night my young child and I were driving around Columbus trying to find a safe and clean hotel to sleep in! Awful, terrible, horrible experience!!

I called earlier in the day to say I'd be arriving late and was told that this would not a problem - just call the number on the phone in the lobby. Arrived at 10:37 PM and was told they did not have my reservation. Called Expedia through whom I had made the reservation and everything was fine on their end. Hometown screwed up and didn't even TRY to see if they had another room availble that night.

I requested a fully refund because did not stay at the hotel. The room was very dirty with cockroaches. Very dirty the whole room, towels, banquets, pilots, bed, floor, etc. Thi hotel is the most disgusting and dirtiest I've ever seen in the USA. I have booked 2 room that I did not use and finally I stay in another hotel. Very disappointed experience.

We saw ROACHES!
Roaches! In bathroom and in hallway. Need I say more?! But I will…Broken drawers in kitchenette, patched holes on walls, looked very old and unclean.

Good nightmare started at the front desk. I was told I could check in early at 2 o’clock. That was not true. I checked in at 3 o’clock. It took until 5 o’clock for me to receive towels. I immediately noticed that there were no locks on the window and call the front desk, she said there were definitely locks on every window. I asked her to come to my room and see for herself and I told her there was only a stick in the window holding the window close and she said the stick was the security I said, but it’s still opening from the top and someone could very easily break into this room. She says that, she would see if they have another stick roach on the wall curly hair if someone had just shaved their pubes in the bathtub not a pot dish or anything to even utilize the cooking area with the refrigerator was dirty and left stain from the previous guest, I was so exhausted after driving for over 40 hours I was there just to sleep Luckily I brought my Febreze with me. I took a hot shower with my shower shoes. Use my towel and just fell asleep. I was going to extend until I saw the condition of the property in the room. They were homeless people outside the property there’s homeless people walking around nothing gets homeless people however it just seems sketchy Property is terrible. I asked her for a room on a higher floor. She said all the other floors being renovated. This is not safe at all. Just get another room don’t go to this facility. It is terrible.

No toilet paper, no pillows, no shower curtain, no sheet on one bed. The toilet was filthy. We checked out and paid to stay elsewhere, rather than stay in such a place. There was no one around from whom to ask for a refund. Disgusting.
