Great Birthday weekend :)

We very much enjoyed this hotel. Everything was clean, the breakfast was wonderful, staff very pleasant, and room was very comfortable. Booked thos for my husband's birthday trip and he loved it. We swam, played basketball, and grilled steaks without leaving the property :) Will definitely look for these properties on every trip we take.

Amazing Hotel

Great experience. Friendly staff. Amazing property. Loved the hot tub and pool. E we also played basketball on the court. Very quiet and secluded. The room was amazing. Great water pressure in shower. Very clean. I had a 2 bedroom suite for 6 of us and it was more than enough room. Will definitely be back ❤️

Perfect Hotel for Family with Kids

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It's a great place for families with kids. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing, perfect for winding down. Our room was very clean, and the towels and sheets were fresh and spotless. The in-room kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans, a stove, dishwasher, and a full-size fridge, which made it super convenient for preparing meals. The basketball court was high quality and a big hit with our family. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, and we especially appreciated the welcome light dinner they offer every Wednesday. Overall, a comfortable, family-friendly stay with great amenities we would definitely come back!

Rooms are not true to size, filthy. Not enough towels for guest or silverware. Told to wait 3 hours for fold out couch bedding, bed it's self was stained. Hot tub was broke with bugs. TVs didn't work. Canceled stay for rest of week with promise of refund and charged for full week. Moved to 2 bedroom king suite..towels and silverware for 3. Fire place didn't work. bedroom window had frost on it when it was 90 degrees out..window was broken and taped, blood on window and curtain of a 3rd floor room..door doesn't have lock other than keypad, door did not seal and you could see into the hall. the peep hole cover was broken and I covered with a bandaid..kept chair pressed against door, found bugs in the room in the morning..left immediately.

I liked the property was right off the road with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Breakfast is included and very nice. The rooms were nice and clean with lots of amenities. However the pool was cold and there were no towels. There were kids running around and being disrespectful and loud unsupervised in the pool. Went to the front desk and was told I couldn’t get a towel to shower and when she did find one I got an attitude about her having to go look for one.

The overall stay was pretty good, however the bed was very uncomfortable. It was probably one of the hardest beds I’ve ever slept in. Also, initially upon check-in my room seemed as if it didn’t get used very often, it needed to be stocked with everything. The front desk staff fixed the issue and brought things up to the room fairly quickly. The breakfast area was really clean, I like the selection that was available, the staff were super sweet, we happen to go on a weekend where the hotel was packed with children but the hotel staff kept them pretty contained. It also sucked that there was no late check-out but I understand that depends on the availability so overall I would give it a 3.5/5

Great sized room for the price I paid. However, we had some issues: 1. Hotel reeked of weed. We have a toddler, so that was not ideal 2. There were pubes in our shower and on the shampoo dispenser. 3. Pool area was disgusting. Hair floating in the pool, sand at bottom of pool, dirty foam in hot tub.
