Nice and convenient

Room was great, except for some "architectural" issues. The shower drain is loud, there's no interior handle on the shower door to help close it once you're in, and the space between the sink cabinet and the bathroom door is compact, so that my shoulders were each touching the toilet paper and the door. Breakfast was good and I enjoyed my stay very much! It was the perfect place to stay while my daughter was at OSU Med Center.

The computers were down and we could not check in. It happened again when we went back to check in. They could not give us a key. The staff had to go with us to our room to let us in. The next day we did not get our key until in the afternoon. The breakfast food was cold both mornings.

We had a really lovely room with a view of the river. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet. Staff who checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast included eggs, meat, French toast/pancakes and oatmeal, along with other breads, juices and coffee. All staff at the hotel were pleasant. Didn't swim in the pool but it looked nice and was warm. I would stay here again.

Very upset that you didn't give us the room with 2 queen beds that we reserved and paid for. It was my son's graduation trip and he was VERY uncomfortable on the pull out couch. Manager was helpful, however.
