Had a family member in OSU Brain & Spine Hospital, they were just a couple miles away. Easy access, easy parking. They have a shuttle to OSU, we didnt use it, but it was an option. Made a reservation online late in the evening. Room was clean and updated. Comfy bed and soft aheets. Extra pillows. Big walk-in shower. Very quiet

Expected more from this hotel chain. Customer service at reception upon arrival was quite poor with rude undertones. Blinds in the room did not work, and quite frankly all blinds looked quite ran down. Reception vouched to call back and never did. We spent an evening and next morning of our stay in a dark room without natural sunlight.

For a higher end brand hotel the coffee was terrible (completely watered down). This was both mornings of our stay. We had to find a local coffee shop to get decent coffee. Gym was excellent. Lobby was very comfortable and welcoming. Rooms were clean.

Large suite room for family. Nice warm pool. Hotel has a dog walk area right outside of the side door, very convenient. Good breakfast as well. Very pleased with the stay.

Overall clean and pleasant place to stay

Overall it is a nice hotel. Rooms were basically clean, staff was very friendly, the one thing i felt disappointed about was not having coffe available 24 hours a day. I was told to use the personal coffee maker in my room and found filter dirty. I mentioned it the the front desk and was told the cost of having coffee out all the time was too much. The front desk also informed me the coffee machine was not dirty but the coffee filters/screens were well used and the company was planning to change them out at some time in the future. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

Comfortable option with good location

Plant based / vegan options remain limited, if any. Even having plant based milk for coffee would be nice. Bed is very comfortable. Pillows are down - I’d preferred down alternative but not given option. Location is nice. Overall worth it. We were put into an accessible king room. Only one nightstand had a lamp and only one half of the bathroom mirror was lit - lighting needs improved.
