Excellent service from two receptionists! Breakfast satisfaction. No security cameras. My vehicle & 3 others were vandalized. Police wrote it up at $500. I received two quotes over $2000. I’m not mad, just discouraged. I will have to pay a deductible of $250! Not my fault. The weekend was my husband’s birthday gift at the Columbus Zoo. We were told that this vandalism happens often.

Highs: -Spacious Room -Very nice and responsive staff -nice gym - all machines in good working order -nice lobby -plenty of parking Lows: -Pillows are kinda small and not so comfortable -Breakfast: just wasn't good. Watery eggs, flavorless steamed sausage, undercooked hash, terrible placement of items that causes lines -only one elevator working... took a long time. Still, a solid hotel and I would absolutely stay there again.

They let us in a couple of mins after we arrived, first msking up the room for us.nice room, qiet and spacious. Chose the hyatt because it was close to the zoo, and that made our stay really easy.

Our particular room was odd, very difficult to open a suitcase for even one person. Great sitter no area, lovely room but bath, closet etc difficult for one person let alone 2 …sliding closet door was about a hanger widith, but door only went back maybe 6inches to see what we tried hanging in it… Just odd not functional room- which may have been because we’d ask for no feather pillows or down comforters, and they didn’t have message from Expedia…

Ask for a room AWAY from elevator

Staff was nice. Breakfast was pretty decent for a free hotel bfast. I paid for a high floor, which I got, but it was directly across from the elevators, so starting at 5 a.m. it was constant dings. I was also at the front of the hotel, so there was a lot of traffic noise. Not the end of the world, but just something that was disruptive to my sleep The elevators are being updated, so could se some delays there
