This is a wonderful facility, very clean. And Kristin at the front desk could not have been any more hospitable! I have stayed in Columbus a few times over the past few years, and I will no longer stay any place else except this Hyatt.

Everyone was respectful, friendly and efficient. Ava at check in was a gem and Kia in the evening at the lounge made sure we were well taken care of. Room was a nice size, comfortable and clean. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Pros: Good room size with seating area, good location, its a new hotel so rooms and amenities are new and well maintained. Cons: Its smelt damp when we first entered the room, breakfast was average, more variety less quality.
